"For someone who sells insurance you would think they would drive a little better. It’s common knowledge that when someone is entering the interstate you merge to let them on. And yes you had no traffic next to you. Instead you force me to slams on my breaks so I don’t run into you!"

"I highly recommend getting your insurance with Greg’s office. I was on the phone with Tarryn today and she helped me switch my home and auto. I was surprised at how much she was able to help me save and I have a lot more coverage for less with switching. Also the customer service was amazing. My last insurance company wasn’t clear with coverage so I asked all the questions ha and Tarryn was so patient and answered everything and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience or asking dumb questions."

"Hi, I would like to start by saying I have been with the same car insurance since 2015. Generally speaking, they are friendly and will try to help you. Recently, I bought a car in which the after hours costumer service made a mistake and put my car down as 2024 Elantra hybrid which is wrong. I have an Elantra 2024 with sel trim. The hybrid costs $50-$60 dollars more than what I actually own. I called for help since my bill was as outrageous and I knew something was off. The service department who is supposed to help me, just gave a very dismissive answer and I quote “ this is the final price and there is nothing we can do about it” the price given is $100 dollars more than the actual quote that was given to me. The quote i know can be wrong but not $100 wrong! I would rather switch to a different company rather than pay the monthly premium. It is not necessary for me to name the service department but I was just upset with the tone of we can’t help you. Your price is your price Fast forward to asking help from their sales department(Karynn sorry if I misspelled your name) let me remind that she is on sales and not o n service. She went above and beyond to see what car trim my insurance is under. It turns out, I was right and that they put the hybrid instead of the sel trim level which is $60 cheaper than what they are charging me. Godbless her and I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am since she also gave me the number for my brother to text and he would get a discount for his car insurance. Thank you Karynn and Brenda!! I am a bit bitter because if I did not pursue it even further, I would be paying $60 more a month on this stupid Michigan premium. Karynn called me back and worked with me again on sales!! I started getting quotes from different car insurances and let me tell you!! If she did not do what she did, I would be completely done with Statefarm. People make mistakes and I understand that but to be that dismissive to a costumer that humbly asks for help is beyond me. Car insurances are expensive as is! Last thing people need is mistakes like that costing the general consumer more money. I wonder what would have happened if I just let it go and not pursue it. I would be paying for a car insurance on a car I don’t even own!!! There are other factors that I don’t need to mention but please just do better. If you were in my shoes, how would you feel? I’m moving on after the underwriting get this right! But I am taking off autopay until the situation is rectified."

Car insurance is expensive in Michigan, and you deserve the best service we can provide. I am sorry about it and we will continue to improve our customer service or we don't deserve your business! I have to say I have never met someone who cares so much about his customers. He makes them feel like family and attends to anything they need. He is a wonderful agent and I recommend him to anyone."

"I am very disappointed in this office. I have been with state farm for several years and tried using the drive safe and save app 3 different times. I told myself after the last usage I would never do it again. The app doesn't just follow your driving habits in your own vehicle, it follows you in ANY vehicle you are in unless you disable the app or shut blue tooth off. about 6 months ago I was looking for a way to save more money and while I was in Greg's office working with Jake. I was told by Jake that not only have they fixed all bugs but he told me to my face he was the drive safe and save guru. Jake assured me that I would get a great discount as long as I followed the safe driving habits he told me that I had nothing to lose. Several times he told me that the app would never raise my rates! 6 months later I have an average of 96% for my driving habits. I report to Jake on several occasions that the app is logging my drives when I am NOT in the vehicle with the beacon. I even sent this office several screen shots showing it was logging driving when I was not in my vehicle. Then my 6 month renewal comes and they increase my rate by 45% saying that because of the mileage the app logged my rates are going up. When I called the office they have taken a "sorry about it" attitude with me. They will not stand by their word or for that matter even apologize for the mistakes they made in getting me signed up for this drive safe and get robbed app. This office had the opportunity to stand behind their word and failed to do so which means they can not be trusted. Not only will I be seeking other means of coverage but I will be making sure everyone I know understands to stay away from this office and even more so to stay far far away from state farm and the crooked ways."

We have found this app to be very helpful to the majority of customers and occasionally we have customers that it just doesn't seem to work for. I am sorry about Jake promising something that he doesn't control because he nor I have any influence over this app or beacon. I will continue to say we are sorry and that the best of intentions to try and help you get the discount went awry; you did get some discount originally and then it seemed to go sideways. After multiple conversations with you, I thought we had good repoirre, trust and followed up on quite a few issues that were frustrating and am sorry we didn't meet your level of expectation. When we don't deliver that, I am not happy either. Let me dig deeper into this with Jake for some updated answers. "

"Greg is the best! If you are looking for an insurance agent who has your back, this is him. I strongly recommend that you visit in person as it will benefit both him and you. Interacting online, or through the phone, is fine but it cannot begin to compare how personable Greg is. I talk about this because, when life gets tough, I want my insurance provider to be knowledgeable - but more importantly - to actually care about me. That is what I gladly found here."
